NextGen ambulatory EHR gets certified for dermatology, behavioral health
NextGen Healthcare Information Systems’ NextGen Ambulatory EHR version 5.6, a certified 2011 Ambulatory EHR, has been additionally certified for dermatology and behavioral health in the Certification Commission for Health IT’s (CCHIT) certification program.
Earlier this year, NextGenAmbulatory EHR 5.6 was certified for child health and cardiovascular medicine with advanced reporting, according to NextGen, a wholly owned subsidiary of Quality Systems.
Designed by physicians for physicians, NextGen software includes specialty-specific tools, templates and workflow automation that help streamline practices and patient management, the Horsham, Pa.-based company added.
