Radiology services management company NextImage Medical has acquired Jacksonville, Fla.-based care management company SelectMRI, a wholly owned subsidiary of MSC Care Management (MSC), as of Aug. 30.

Under the terms of the agreement, the San Diego-based NextImage acquired 100 percent of the membership interest of SelectMRI from MSC, but no further financial details of the transaction were released.
