ScImage has upgraded its PACS, PicomEnterprise PACS, now offering integration to Philips Healthcare’s QLAB 2D and 3D ultrasound image processing software.

The technology allows facilities using Philips' ultrasound systems to launch the QLAB application from the PACS with image data sharing and eliminates the need to perform the quantification on the ultrasound system after the images are acquired, stated the Los Altos, Calif.-based company.
