Networking with the Insignia community

This September, Insignia Medical Systems, the pioneering UK based, Enterprise Imaging provider, hosted its annual National User Group Meeting, welcoming their users from across the country to join in a day of knowledge sharing and networking.

The event took place at the Ark Conference Centre in Basingstoke, where Insignia customers were provided with a day of learning, personalised demonstrations, and peer to peer networking – bringing the Insignia community closer together.

Delegates, which included Radiologists, Clinicians and PACS Administration Teams, were able to meet the development team and applications specialists for one to one private sessions, hands on demonstrations, and to have their specific questions answered.

Feedback was positive with 100% of attendees feeling that the event provided them with the information they had hoped. Consultant Radiologist, Dr. Michael Hughes commented, “The Insignia User Day gave us an opportunity to not only learn about future releases and upgrades, but to also share opinions and impact future development plans. The afternoon panel discussions generated lively and interesting debates, where individuals were able to explain and discuss their own experiences.”

Speaking about the event, Jon Hall, Chief Technical Officer, Insignia Medical Systems commented “The event doesn’t only provide an opportunity for delegate learning, it also allows our team to gain first hand feedback directly from end users of our systems. This creates a perfect channel for two-way communication of future developments and suggestions for system enhancements.”

The annual User Day is just one of the ways the Insignia team keep an open channel of communication with their customers, having implemented an Online User Forum earlier in 2016, the UK focused company works hard to keep ahead of the changing needs of the NHS.
