Bruker displays mass spec platforms, proteomics advancements
Bruker Daltonics is displaying its mass spectrometry platforms and advances in applied proteomics solutions at the Human Proteome Organisation's (HUPO) annual world congress this week in Sydney.

The autoflex speed is a MALDI-TOF (/TOF) system is designed for enhanced workflows in proteomics research and tissue biomarker and drug imaging. High performance molecular imaging of small molecules including drugs, metabolites and lipids in tissue are available on the MALDI-solariX FTMS platform, said the Billerica, Mass.-based company.

ProteinScape 2.1 proteomics bioinformatics platform is a solution for qualitative and quantitative LC-MS/MS protein analysis and addresses scientists' needs in biomarker profiling, quantification and validation, according to the comapany. The ProteinScape processing pipeline adopts the "HUPO Brain Proteomics Project processing guidelines" and will facilitate the direct submission process of project data adhering to HUPO Proteomics Standards Initiative publishing guidelines, added Bruker.
