MIC appoints Frederick as CEO
Molecular Imaging Corporation (MIC) has named Kenneth Frederick as CEO. Frederick has served on the Board of the Company since June.
Frederick's experience includes the creation and implementation of business strategy and commercialization of new markets for Symmorphix Inc. of Sunnyvale, Calif., a spin-off of Applied Materials Inc. of Santa Clara, Calif. While at Picarro, he focused on developing and executing alternative business models and partnerships in the industrial and medical diagnostic instruments markets, MIC said. At Stratum Technologies, Frederick led the expansion of web-based operating software for the oncology healthcare segment and other new markets. Frederick also worked over 26 years for Raychem Corp. where held a variety of senior positions.
