Maryland Hospital Association (MHA) and two multi-state hospital systems will purchase DataGen’s healthcare data analytics and services. Along with MHA, Catholic Health Initiatives and Hospital Sisters Health System join DataGen’s client community.

Through these agreements, MHA, Catholic Health Initiatives in Denver and Hospital Sisters Health System in Springfield, Ill., are able to provide facilities in their respective networks with analyses of federal health policy issues and their impact on hospital finances, Albany, N.Y.-based DataGen stated.

According to the company, DataGen provides financial analyses of reimbursement changes and provides clients with real-time information on legislative changes that affect hospitals’ and health systems’ operations, particularly concerning the Medicare system.
