Digisonics inks CVIS, reporting contracts
Digisonics has secured contracts with two Midwest facilities for its cardiovascular information system (CVIS) and its clinical reporting system.
HeartCare Cardiovascular Specialists in Libertyville, Ill., has expanded its CVIS capabilities with a new DigiNet Pro system. The Houston-based company said the Web-based system will provide the site with CVIS capability from anywhere, at anytime.
Cape Radiology Group in Cape Girardeau, Mo., has implemented HL7 interfaces between its Digisonics OB-Windows Clinical Reporting system and AMICAS RIS. The interfaces will automate downloads of patient information to its Digisonics system and automatically transfer finalized reports to their Amicas RIS.
