MEDecision, a provider of healthcare management software, services and clinical content, will deliver its Collaborative Care Management software to Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana of Baton Rouge.

The Wayne, Pa.-based MEDecision said its Collaborative Care Management optimizes data analysis, automates workflow processes and electronically connects patients, health plans and physicians.
