Misys Healthcare Systems has landed 17 new contracts with U.S. physician practices for its Misys EMR.

Misys EMR expedites record-keeping processes and enables physicians to retrieve and input patient data from a PC, handheld or wireless device. The modularly designed product, which is part of Misys Optimum portfolio, provides electronic capabilities for tasks related to clinical data, such as transcription, imaging, orders management, messaging and prescription writing.
