NovaRad secures new PACS contracts with imaging centers
NovaRad has added four imaging centers to its roster of NovaPACS users.
The American Fork, Utah-based company said the facilities are: Merrimack Imaging in Lawrence, Mass.; Radiology Associates of Canton in Canton, Ohio; Central Diagnostic Imaging in Norwich, N.Y.; and National Technology in Brooklyn, N.Y.
NovaPACS offers fast image retrieval, full-feature viewer with seven-year, onsite archive with offsite emergency backup. Full-screen viewing, easy-to-use menus and mouse-based functions are available to give referring physicians access to images and reports from any computer. Developed on the same platform as NovaPACS, NovaRIS generates reports, measures profitability and facilitates paperless management of patient records, the company said.
