Nuance, Voicebrook partner for anatomic pathology lab tool
Clinical documentation service developers Nuance Communications and Voicebrook have partnered to deliver speech-enabled reporting tools for anatomic pathology laboratories.
Voicebrook will adapt its VoiceOver software to integrate with Dragon Medical 360 Network Edition products from the Burlington, Mass.-based Nuance.
Powered by Nuance’s speech recognition technology, VoiceOver can assist with anatomic pathology laboratory information system (LIS) and digital pathology workflows, according to the companies. VoiceOver also can be used to incorporate voice and additional automation to improve other processes including gross photography, slide labeling and coding and billing, Lake Success, N.Y.-based Voicebrook added.
