The Reading Hospital and Medical Center in West Reading, Pa., will implement onFocus Healthcare’s onFocus|epm system and onFocus' Performance Accelerator service program to assist the 665-bed hospital in its efforts to optimize its clinical, operational and financial processes.

onFocus|epm is an integrated web-based software package that links key performance indicators with leadership accountability, action planning, monitoring and progress tracking, the Nashville, Tenn.-based onFocus stated.

In addition to the system, the hospital will have access to the company's consulting, training and advisory services, onFocus added.
