Fujifilm Medical Systems USA Inc. has received a three-year contract for its Synapse PACS from Premier Purchasing Partners L.P., the group purchasing division of Premier Inc.

The pact is effective through May 30, 2007, and includes all software and hardware components, as well as all related professional services and technical support offerings.

The PACS contract is in addition to the medical film and imager contract and the cassette-based computed radiography (CR) contract Fuji currently holds with Premier.
