Toshiba partners with Radimetrics, Phoneix Technology
Toshiba America Medical Systems has formed strategic partnerships with two companies, Radimeterics and Phoenix Technology Corporation, to enhance dose management capabilities and support customers through American College of Radiology (ACR) accreditation.
Toshiba now offers Toronto-based Radimetrics’ eXposure software, which provides automatic capture and calculation of patient radiation exposure. eXposure integrates with existing PACS/RIS/imaging modalities and is customizable to comply with patient safety and regulatory reporting requirements.
The partnership with Phoenix Technology, a Woodstock, Ga.-based diagnostic medical physics consulting firm, will assist Toshiba customers with quality assurance programs and provide the required physics testing and support to obtain ACR accreditation.
