University of Michigan chooses InnerWireless to track emergency drugs
The University of Michigan Health System Pharmacy Department will deploy the PanGo, real-time location system (RTLS) management platform from InnerWireless on the university’s medical campus.

PanGo provides a seamless, web-based view of multiple of assets, regardless of the RTLS or RFID technology used to track them, said InnerWireless.

This platform will enable the pharmacy department to track and monitor hundreds of boxes containing emergency drug supplies throughout its 913-bed medical campus, according to the Richardson, Texas-based InnerWireless. PanGo gives the pharmacy department the capability to also replenish supplies and replace soon-to-expire medications in each box more quickly, said the company.
