Solis Women's Health has acquired the Women's Imaging Center of Southeastern Radiology (SERA), a full-service diagnostic radiology center in Greensboro, N.C.

Solis will implement full-field digital mammography and continue to offer breast ultrasound, bone densitometry, and general ultrasound at the Women's Imaging Center. In addition, Solis and SERA plan to provide breast MRI services.

"The carve out of the Women's Imaging Center of SERA expands our referral base and geographic footprint within the Greater Greensboro area. The anticipated addition of breast MR will complete the service profile for our patients, while adding the convenience of this second location," said Brad Hummel CEO of Solis.
