Breast imaging system developer TechniScan has selected Steven Passey as its new chief financial officer (CFO).

Passey is the former chief accounting officer and treasurer for Mrs. Fields brands. Prior to that, Passey was hired to spearhead Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filings for Salt Lake City-based Extra Space Storage.
