Anthro's ergonomic workstation to be released in November
Anthro Corp. has joined forces with AO Medical Products of Sweden to manufacture and sell Carl's Table, an ergonomic radiology workstation for softcopy reading, in the United States and Canada. The official launch date of the product is scheduled for this fall's meeting of the Radiological Society of North America (Nov. 28th - Dec. 3rd in Chicago).

Carl's Table has motorized height and tilt adjustment to facilitate all individual work positions, sitting or standing. Glare-free lighting is achieved with the stations integrated automatic light correction, which responds to the light density of the image on the monitor. The sound absorbent and lit background screen provides an undisturbed and private work environment.

Anthro said it will manufacture, sell and distribute Carl's Table (in the European market known as the AW-170 table) to all radiology markets, including hospitals, clinics, and imaging centers, as well as to the veterinary and dental markets.
