Avnet Technology Solutions, a distributor of enterprise computing products, storage, software and services, has announced a partnership with HP to deliver the HP Medical Archiving Solution to independent software vendors, value-added resellers and systems integrators serving hospitals and medical centers. Avnet is the first distributor to be certified through the HP Medical Archiving Solution channel program, according to a release.

The HP Medical Archiving Solution leverages open standards-based technology, making it a cost-efficient, scalable answer. The HP Medical Archiving Solution can also be configured and customized using Avnet's ISO-certified Integration Center to meet the specific needs of individual health care organizations.
