Misys Healthcare Systems adds eight healthcare providers to its client list
Eight healthcare facilities are taking delivery of Misys Healthcare Systems' electronic medical records (EMR) product, Misys EMR.
Seven of these practices also selected Misys' practice management system -- Misys Tiger -- which fully integrates with Misys EMR. The new customers include: Arapahoe Gastroenterology (Littleton, Colo.); Arizona Preferred Primary Care (Tempe, Ariz.); East Brainard Medical (Chattanooga, Tenn.); Florida Keys Pediatric and Adolescent Center (Key Largo, Fla.); Mid-Atlantic Surgical Associates (Richmond, Va.); Northwest Spine & Pain Center (Ashland, Ore.); and Savannah (Ga.) Medical Specialists.
The eighth practice, Strand Orthopaedic (Myrtle Beach, S.C.), currently uses Misys' practice management solution and recently added Misys EMR to its system.
Misys EMR provides electronic capabilities for routine tasks, such as transcription, imaging, orders management, messaging and prescription writing, as well as a wireless point-of-care solution for physicians in the examination room.
