Smart Document Solutions acquires Nauvalis Healthcare
Smart Document Solutions LLC, the country's largest provider of release of medical information (ROI) services, has acquired Nauvalis Healthcare Solutions, a healthcare document imaging and data management company based in Springfield, Mo.
The combination of the two company's products and services provides SDS with a complete suite of health information management (HIM) offerings to healthcare facilities across the nation.
