SmartPACS/INFINITT signs $14 million in new PACS contracts
SmartPACS/INFINITT said this week that it has inked six-year PACS installation contracts valued at $14 million with four U.S. healthcare facilities, marking the company's expansion into the West Coast.
           
The facilities include Midway Hospital Medical Center in Los Angeles, Calif.; Centinella Freeman Regional Medical Center in Inglewood, Calif.; The Brooklyn Hospital Center in Brooklyn, N.Y.; and Hunterdon Radiology Association P.A. in Flemington, N.J.
           
All four contracts were sold based on SmartPACS' EIMS (electronic image management solutions) financial program. The EIMS agreements include delivery, installation and support of complete PACS -with 60 to 70 days of onsite training at each healthcare facility, SmartPACS said.
           
The PACS installations in the four healthcare facilities are scheduled for completion by late this month.
