RSNA’s RadioGraphics journal looking for a new editor

Jeffrey S. Klein, MD, will be stepping down as the editor of the Radiological Society of North America (RSNA)’s RadioGraphics journal. In light of the announcement RSNA is looking for a new editor.

“Dr. Klein will be stepping down from his position as RadioGraphics editor on December 31, 2020. However, his legacy will live on,” said Valerie P. Jackson, MD, president of RSNA.  “In launching a search to identify his successor, the RSNA will look to build on his many accomplishments through the efforts of a new editor beginning in January 2021.”

Klein, RSNA board liaison for publications and communications, joined RadioGraphics in 2012 and has expanded the journal’s footprint through various efforts, including podcasts highlighting journal content and the incorporation of the Image Viewer, which allows readers to view DICOM image stacks.

The editor will be selected by September 2019 and is expected to devote 60 percent of his or her time to the journal.
