Together with Guest of Honor, Connecticut Governor Dannel P. Malloy, Kubtec marked their relocation to larger facilities with an official ribbon cutting ceremony, performed by Governor Malloy, Vikram Butani, CEO of Kubtec, local Mayor John A.
