Steve Sandy has joined Fovia, a provider of volume rendering technology, as vice president of business development.
The Palo Alto, Calif.-based company said that Sandy brings more than 25 years experience as a senior business development and marketing executive. For the past seven years, Sandy was vice president of marketing at TeraRecon. Prior to TeraRecon, he was a co-founder and vice president of business development for Real Time Visualization, the developer of a 3D real-time volume rendering application-specific integrated circuit, Fovia said.
