3mensio Medical Imaging and Pie Medical Imaging (PMI) have signed an OEM agreement for the integration of PMI’s CAAS MRI products into the 3mensio radiology services product line.

The Bilthoven, Netherlands-based 3mensio said its new product, 3viseonCardiac Analysis, will provide a way for radiologists to calculate cardiac parameters, based on MRI scanning results. The application’s foundation is the Genoa, Italy-based PMI’s CAAS MRV application which 3mensio has incorporated into its 3viseon platform, according to 3mensio. 

3mensio said it will present its cardiac analysis tool during the RSNA conference in Chicago later this month.
