Robert E. McNamara has resigned as chief financial officer (CFO) and senior vice president of Accuray “to pursue other interests.”

The Sunnyvale, Calif.-based Accuray said that Holly Grey, senior vice president of finance since March, has been named senior vice president of finance and interim CFO until a successor is found.
