AHRA, RBMA partner on MU survey
The Association for Medical Imaging Management (AHRA) is distributing a brief survey about meaningful use of EHR technology on behalf of the Radiology Business Management Association (RBMA).
It is estimated that 90 percent of practicing radiologists in the country are eligible for the meaningful use program and will be expected to comply or face future penalties. However, few RIS/PACS products meet all of the criteria necessary to be certified, and most hospital-based radiologists rely on their hospitals for the technology they use in the provision of their clinical responsibilities.
AHRA requests that senior members of organizations, with knowledge of activities related to meaningful use, complete the survey.
