AMICAS Inc. recently announced Vision Series Financials 7.0. This next generation release is expected to provide greater interoperability with the company’s Vision Series RIS and Document Management offerings. Additionally, 7.0 provides a large number of feature requests and enhancements designed to provide a greater degree of usability, flexibility and integration.

The enhanced product is the result of a collaboration and direct feedback from the company's financials customer base, and specifically the AMICAS Customer Advisory Committee (CAC). The AMICAS CAC is a group of knowledgeable and leading customers, which meets on a quarterly basis and plays a big part in prioritizing key feature development and guiding the process.
