BRIT Systems President Michele Fisher was on hand for the unveiling of new enhancements to the company’s Vision multi-modality breast imaging workstation at the 93rd Radiological Society of North America (RSNA) annual meeting in Chicago last month. Fisher said the workstation is “like a transformer.”

The company demonstrated a bundled mammography solution that integrates Mammography Reporting System’s mammography reporting software into BRIT’s flagship workstation. Fisher said the upgrades were a result of customer feedback. One of the features included is the “Doctor Pal,” which links same patient studies together to help facilitate reading and diagnosis and differentiate studies by CPT codes, such as screening mammography versus diagnostic mammography exams.
