Medical imaging software and services provider Cedara Software, a Merge Healthcare company, has introduced a C4 enabled I-ReadMammo, a plug-in version of its digital mammography service, designed for modular integration into any of the company’s C4 enabled imaging products, such as PACS.

Cedara said that the C4 platform supports integration with imaging companies’ PACS, RIS and EMR systems.

Currently under development at Cedara are C4 enabled PET/CT for advanced radiology procedures and B-CAD for breast ultrasound analysis, according to the Toronto-based developer.
