Eclipsys will move its corporate headquarters from Boca Raton, Fla., to Atlanta.

The company said its transition will take place over the next few months with a scheduled completion expected by March 1, 2008. The functions currently performed in the Boca Raton office will transition to Atlanta and other Eclipsys offices.
