eHealth Global, PIMS partner
Patient record management services firm eHealth Global Technologies of Rochester, N.Y., and USB-based medical record device manufacturer Portable Information Management Systems (PIMS) have agreed to provide eHealth Global’s eRetriever service to PIMS customers who purchase its MedicKey device.
The eRetriever service allows eHealth Global to assist MedicKey customers with the retrieval of their medical records as well as populate their personal data on the MedicKey device, including scanned-in documents and medical images.
In addition, eHealth Global will retain a copy of the customer’s MedicKey data, so that a new key can be created if the original one is lost. Furthermore, with a monthly subscription, customers can have eHealth Global collect and update their MedicKey with any new medical reports, tests, or images completed after their initial purchase.
