Mevion Medical Systems has received FDA 510(k) clearance for the Mevion S250 Proton Therapy System.

The Mevion S250 delivers proton beams that physicians can use to treat tumors and lesions or other conditions where radiotherapy is indicated.
Earlier this year, the Mevion S250 received CE certification.
