FDA OK's Barco's VesselMetrix
Barco announced this week that its Voxar 3D vessel analysis software has been cleared by the FDA.
The Voxar 3D VesselMetrix module is an analysis package to effectively evaluate contrast-enhanced CT angiography (CTA) and MR angiography (MRA) studies for assessing stenosis, stent and stent graft planning, and stent graft surveillance.
The company first previewed the software at the Radiological Society of North America (RSNA) show in November.
