The web-based compliance software is designed to help medical device manufacturers build and maintain safe and effective devices and comply with U.S. Food and Drug Administration Quality System Regulation requirements as well as ISO 13485 and ISO 14971 standards.

The product includes capabilities for tracking customer complaints, assessing risks, managing employee training, and performing corrective actions, according to the Lexington, Mass.-based IBS.

The software is a platform-independent, web-based application that runs on industry-standard relational databases, email systems, web application servers, directory services and portals.
