Infinite Planning Solutions (IPS) and Radiation Oncology Resources (ROR), two radiation treatment planning organization, have formed a merger between the two companies to combine client bases, staffing expertise and remote treatment planning operations.

The financial terms of the merger were not disclosed.

The merged company will operate as Radiation Oncology Resources, Inc., based in Goshen, Ind., effective immediately.

Both ROR and Infinite Planning Solutions believe the merger offers excellent growth potential through key contractual relationships. Plus, the added depth that IPS brings will enhance ROR’s technical colleague capabilities.
