Intelerad signs partnership with peerVue
Intelerad Medical Systems has signed a partnership agreement with peerVue, a provider of PACS-integrated, regulatory, quality and communications services.

The Manchester, N.H.-based PeerVue has integrated its qiVueTM solution with IntelePACS, allowing its users to address regulatory, quality and communications challenges, including critical results management, peer review, technologist QC, emergency department discrepancy management and teleradiology discrepancies.

The Montreal-based Intelerad said the integration allows radiologists to access peerVue features directly from its InteleViewer, enabling point-and-click reporting of results, study discrepancies and other quality and communication related activities—processes that are now required for accreditation by the American College of Radiology (ACR) and in compliance with the Joint Commission’s National Patient Safety Goals.

The peerVue service is web-based and is available in both English and French versions.
