Mirrus Systems, a CBay Group company, to acquire AMSplus
Provider of patient financial services Mirrus Systems, a CBay Group company, announced that it signed an agreement to acquire AMSplus, a New England-based provider of medical billing and practice management services.

This acquisition further expands the scale and scope of Mirrus' position within an estimated $27 billion U.S. market for revenue and clinical cycle management products.
