Misonix forms distribution agreement with Italian company
Misonix, an ultrasond device developer, has entered into an exclusive distribution agreement with the Milan, Italy-based Siad Healthcare for sale of its SonicOne ultrasonic wound care system throughout Italy.
Under the terms of the contract, Siad has agreed to minimum purchase order provisions for the SonicOne for a three-year term, beginning on Sept. 30, and a renewal thereafter upon mutual agreement by the companies, according to the Farmingdale, N.Y.-based Misonix.
According to the distribution agreement, Misonix said that Siad will undertake promotional activities within Italy, including the development of collateral marketing material, participation in trade shows and presentation of clinical papers.
