Novation to distribute Stereotaxis systems
Novation, a healthcare supply contracting company, will add Stereotaxis’ Niobe remote magnetic navigation and Odyssey systems to its capital products contract portfolio.

This is an exclusive agreement; Stereotaxis’ Niobe System will be the only robotic interventional technology among Novation’s capital products offerings, according to the St. Louis-based company. Niobe allows physicians to treat cardiovascular disorders by remotely controlling catheters via a magnetic field around the patient. The Odyssey portfolio provides an information backbone for managing, controlling, recording and sharing procedures performed in interventional labs.

Based in Irving, Texas, Novation serves more than 2,500 hospitals in the Veterans Health Administration and University HealthSystem Consortium—two U.S. healthcare alliances—and nearly 950 hospital members of Provista, a supply chain improvement company.
