Partnerships & Alliances: Coastal Healthcare Consulting & Corazon; Swissray & Stryker; Viztek & Del
Coastal Healthcare Consulting, a provider of information technology consulting services for healthcare facilities, announced a partnership with Corazon, a consultant and recruiter firm in the cardiac and vascular care space. This partnership will provide clients with specialized resources for the project management and implementation of clinical information systems for cardiac care environments. Amy Collins, president, Coastal Healthcare said that "the partnership with Corazon will allow Coastal to provide clients with specialized cardiac and vascular expertise in the systems design process as part of our award-winning clinical information systems implementation services."
Swissray International announced that it has signed a five-year agreement with the Imaging Division of Stryker Corporation to sell Swissray systems within the orthopedic market. Stryker direct sales force will sell the Swissray DR systems into the U.S. orthopedic private practice market under the Stryker brand name HDDR. As part of the deal, Swissray will utilize their U.S. service and support organization for the installation, application training and maintenance of the Stryker High Definition Digital Radiography, HDDR systems.
Viztek Imaging of Jacksonville, Fla., and Del Medical Imaging Corp. of Franklin Park, Ill., announced a partnership for the distribution of Viztek’s line of computed radiography (CR) systems and select specialty medical imaging software applications through Del Medical’s America’s distribution channels in a full range of medical specialties. The new agreement will enable Del Medical to expand and diversify the solutions offered through its dealer network, while providing Viztek with new distribution channels.
