Royal Philips Electronics and 3M Health Information Systems announced today that Philips speech recognition engine, SpeechMagic, will be integrated into 3M’s document creation suite of products.

According to the agreement, 3M customers will be provided with front-end and backend speech recognition, while leveraging 3M’s voice management system, document creation tools and automated document distribution services, according to Philips.
