RadNet completes acquisition of Philadelphia-based imaging group
RadNet has closed the acquisition of substantially all of the assets of Papastavros' Associates Medical Imaging and related entities.
The Philadelphia-based Papastavros has 12 outpatient imaging practices in Delaware, offering a combination of MRI, CT, PET, nuclear medicine, mammography, bone densitometry, fluoroscopy, ultrasound and x-ray.
The Los Angeles-based RadNet said its previous core markets include California, Maryland and New York.
Together with affiliated radiologists, and inclusive of full-time and per diem employees and technicians, RadNet said it currently has a total of approximately 4,000 employees.
