Siemens Healthcare has expanded its portfolio with RaySafe i2, a personal dosimetry system as an accessory for its Artis zee angiography systems.

RaySafe i2 provides medical staff with real-time information regarding individual radiation exposure, enabling them to take immediate steps to minimize, according to Malvern, Pa.-based Siemens.

Manufactured by Swedish-based Unfors RaySafe, RaySafe i2 personal dosimetry system consists of a display, personal dosimeters and dose management software.
