Solis Womens Health enters Phoenix market
Solis Women's Health, a healthcare provider focused on the screening and diagnosis of breast cancer, has acquired Phoenix-based BenOra Imaging.
BenOra is a breast diagnostic facility founded in 1982, led by Wayne Hansen, MD, Richard Vanesian, MD, and Michele West, MD, who will continue as the principal physicians in the center, according to the Austin, Texas-based Solis.
Brad Hummel, CEO of Solis, said that in early 2008, Solis “will relocate BenOra to a new, completely digital facility which has been designed around the efficiencies and benefits of digital image acquisition and transfer. The center will offer a comprehensive range of diagnostic services and will be fully integrated into the Solis radiology information system.”
