Advanced image processing software developer TeraRecon reported that it has achieved greater than 100 percent sales bookings growth for the U.S. and Canada in its fiscal 2007 second quarter, in comparison with the same period in fiscal 2006, according to the San Mateo, Calif.-based firm.

The company’s chief executive officer and president, Robert Taylor, Ph.D., attributed part of the robust sales growth to TeraRecon’s enlargement of its field sales and service organization.

In addition, he cited enhanced use of the firm’s technology by channel partners including PACS developers and service providers such as NightHawk Radiology Holdings of Couer D'Alene, Idaho.
