Totoku bundles Matrox controller boards with new 5 MP display
Matrox Graphics Inc. Tuesday announced that Totoku has validated and is bundling the Totoku LV52P1 display controller board, which is based on the Matrox MED5mp technology, with its new Totoku ME551i2 medical displays. The bundle will also be carried internationally by Totoku display distributors such as MeDiSol, Quest International, Inc. and U.S. Electronics Inc., according to a release.
Best suited for digital mammography and other advanced applications, the new Totoku ME551i2 is a high-resolution 5 MP medical display with built-in display accuracy control capabilities. Advanced display performance is achieved through features such as simultaneous display of 2,048 shades of gray to enable grayscale display faithful to the DICOM GSDF and a luminance uniformity equalizer to even out luminance across the screen.
