Provider of ultrasound systems Zonare Medical announced it entered into an agreement with the Rochester, Minn.-based Steuart Laboratories to distribute its z.one ultrasound system in the veterinary care market throughout the United States.

Clinicians at Halton Equine Veterinary Care Services in Campbellville, Ontario, are currently using the z.one system for equine musculoskeletal imaging and ultrasound guided procedures, as well as for biopsies, tendon mapping and advanced theriogenology (reproduction), according to the Mountain View, Calif.-based Zonare.
